Arrived with a tiny chip on the rim. Not visible unless you look closely, but for this price, I expected perfection. Customer service was slow to respond. The design is cool, but the QC needs work.

It’s nice, but smaller than I expected. I thought it was a large mug, but it’s more of a 'sip slowly' size. Good quality, just check the dimensions before buying if you’re a gulper like me.

Anjuli Wright never misses. This mug has soul. You can feel the craftsmanship. I’ve named it 'Steve'. Steve holds my tea with dignity. Highly recommend if you want to feel sophisticated while wearing sweatpants.
